We highlighted Yim Yam last February when they first started rolling. Yim Yam features Thai flavors and is run by some of the most professional chef/owners of all of the food trucks. While putting together this week’s schedule, I saw that Yim Yam only had just over 200 followers on Facebook, where many established trucks have in the 5,000 range. That tells me that more of you should know about Yim Yam. This week, you can find Yim Yam at various places, including the Dallas Arts District and the new Continental Bridge.
