Freedom Powersports of Carrollton LLC has leased a 20,181-square-foot retail building at 13700 Stemmons Freeway in Farmers Branch. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Dove Creek Investment LP, in the direct deal.
