YouFit Health Clubs has leased 20,105 square feet of retail space in the Shops at Vista Ridge at the southeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and FM 3040 in Lewisville. David Levinson of The Retail Connection and Michael Meaden and Zach Ballenger of CBRE represented the tenant in lease negotiations with the landlord, Kimco Realty.
