Coast to Coast Trade Show Services has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space in the Manana Office Service Center at 10730 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. Jerrod Simmons of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the tenant, a general services contractor specializing in the convention and trade show industry, special events, and corporate meetings, in lease negotiations. Hanes Chatham of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, G&I VII Manana LP.
