I’m really sorry I missed Jeff Gormley’s hard-hitting piece last night on Channel 11. Did you know the events in London are wreaking havoc on the lives of some SMU kids? According to a Frontburnervian who saw the piece, the kids wept —- not for the 40 people pronounced dead, nor for the hundreds hurt —- but because their summer travel plans were ruined. Seriously. I’m praying their indifference can be blamed on “editing.” (Hey, it works for those darn Real Worlders.)
