THUMBS UP to DISD Superintendent Marvin Edwards and the DISD board for reassigning some 100 administrators, a plan that should save the district $6 million. Even more encouraging is the fact that Edwards and the board moved so quickly to adopt state comptroller John Sharp’s recommendations. Could that be light at the end of the tunnel?
