Saturday, January 28
Hypnotic Donut Dash
When: Races start at 8 a.m.
Cost: $20 (One Mile Fun Run), $30 (5k – Adult), or $25 (5k – 12 and Under)
Earn your right to donut consumption in this 5K through Fair Park. Donut hole stations along the courses will coax even the most reluctant runners across the finish lines. Arrive at Fair Park early for a warm-up with Lotus Yoga. Stick around afterward for a “chubby bunny” contest, music, awards, and prize drawings.

Hub Street Food Truck Derby
When: 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Bring the whole family to an afternoon in Plano with live music, locally brewed craft beers, food contests, and lots of food trucks serving all things gourmet and savory. Reserve your free spot.

Chinese New Year Festival
When: 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Welcome the Year of the Rooster with an all-day festival hosted by the Crow Collection of Asian Art. Enjoy hourly performances (including traditional Chinese music and dance), grab lunch from the food trucks or from Monkey King Noodle Company, try some crafts and classes, and wrap up with a fireworks show.
