GameStop has added 507 AT&T authorized retail stores to its technology brands business.

The Grapevine-based company completed the acquisitions of Cellular World Corp., Midwest Cellular Inc., and Red Skye Wireless Inc., bringing the total AT&T authorized retail store count to 1,421. Terms of the three transactions were not announced. The acquisitions are part of GameStop’s plan to generate $200 million of operating earnings and more than $1 billion in additional revenue via its tech brands within the next three years.

The company first entered the mobile segment in November 2013, when it acquired 90 Spring Mobile stores. But it began its leap into tech brands three months earlier that year, when it acquired certified Apple retailer Simply Mac. In 2013 it also signed an agreement with AT&T’s prepaid subsidiary Cricket Wireless. It now has 74 Simply Mac stores, 70 Cricket stores, and more than 1,000 Spring Mobile stores.

The company expects to release additional information during its second-quarter earnings call Aug. 25.

GameStop operates more than 7,000 stores across 14 countries. In addition to GameStop, its consumer product brands include game site Kongregate, Game Informer magazine, and online retailer ThinkGeek, which it acquired last year.
