Potato lovers: Be at Trinity Groves tomorrow, July 1st at 11 am, for the opening of Potato Flats. This is Phil Romano’s newest restaurant concept, one where you choose a white or sweet potato and build up from there. Expect daily chef specials such as the Thanksgiving Everyday, which is topped with turkey, gravy, peas, corn and cranberry relish. Or build one yourself – some of the add-ons include meatloaf, steak, fish chowder, broccoli, and carrots, as well as the more traditional baked potato options.
Potato Flats will be open 7 days a week, from 11 am to 9 pm.
