On Wednesday, June 3, Vino100 will present “Night of the Italian Collection”, a “night celebrating cultural influences that have helped shaped lifestyles of those with impeccable taste around the world.” The special guest for the evening is Alfonso Cevola, the significant Italian wine specialist at Glazer’s Distributors and writer of On the Wine Trail in Italy. The Italian Collection at Vino100 consists of cultural influences that have helped shaped lifestyles of those with impeccable taste around the world.
Vino100 Welcomes Alfonso Cevola!
Our special guest, Alfonso Cevola, C.S.W. and Italian Wine Specialist of Glazer’s Distributors, will enlighten us on the subtle nuances of the spectacular wines that will be introduced. If anyone knows all things Italian, it’s Alfonso.
Vino100’s presentation of Italian influence will include:
•    Generous Tasting Pours of 7 Italian Wines from these regions… Lombardia , Puglia , The Veneto , Alto Adige , Toscana, & Piemonte–pours will be about 1/3 glass each!
•    Dallas Mozzarella Co. will conduct a “Mozzarella Making Demonstration” and let YOU eat the finished product. Delicious combinations with herbs & other ingredients will be Bravissimo!
•    Jimmy’s Italian Food Store will provide Appetizers (Jimmy’s Italian Sausage & Lasagna) that are All You Can Eat! Additional appetizers will be offered from Vino100.
•    Live Guitar will be provided with Italian Opera played in the breaks!
•    Scenes of Italy will be showing on our Flatscreen! Will it be an Italian Movie? Aerial Views? Italian Car Races? Wait and see!
