Dallas, Texas (October 13, 2011) – The Cedars Social will host a Shiner Beer Dinner prepared by Hell’s Kitchen Chef Sara Horowitz on Monday, October 17 from 6pm to close. Each dish in the three dishes will be paired with and prepared using Shiner beer, and the cuisine will be upscale comfort food, following the theme of the restaurant. Sara was a standout finalist on the second season of FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen” battling out reknown evil Chef Gordon Ramsey with true grit, and she was second runner up in The National BBQ Championship Series on Versus Network in 2006 fighting her way as a Wild Card gone dark horse to beat the Big Dogs of the National BBQ circuit.
