JPMorgan Chase has leased 23,126 square feet of office space in The Summit at Las Colinas at 545 East John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. Steve McCoy, Alan Harrington, and Breck Besserer of Transwestern represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Kirby White of Rosemont Realty represented the landlord.
