Nearly 500 of Dallas’ most influential business leaders gathered at The Perot Museum of Nature and Science to celebrate the release of D CEO’s 2024 Dallas 500. Guests enjoyed multiple photo ops, gourmet food stations by Wolfgang Puck, a popcorn and candy bar by Make your life Sweeter, and cocktails by On the Rocks.
Noelle LeVeaux, publisher of D Magazine Partners, expressed her gratitude for Dallas’ business community before handing over the microphone to Christine Perez, editor of D CEO, to share her remarks and set the stage for the cover reveal.
Cover stars for 2024 include celebrity chef Tiffany Derry, I & A Agave Spirits CEO and Co-Founder Josh Irving, Cresa Managing Principal Darren Woodson, LERMA/ Agency CEO Pedro Lerma, and Studio 11 Design Principal Kellie Sirna.
More than six months in the making, the 180-page 2024 Dallas 500 features the most influential business leaders across the region in approximately 50 categories. D CEO editors spent more than six months doing research, hundreds of interviews, and asking those in past editions about their most respected colleagues—and competitors. We read through nearly 500 nomination forms and were introduced to so many interesting leaders. In the 2024 edition, 171 new names were added to the book with 329 returnees, representing 444 DFW businesses.
