After Lavin shot (and served as the pool reporter) for the protest, she started trekking toward the Pepsi Center, where we were to rendezvous. When I approach her position, I see a cameraman and reporter talking to her. Turns out she’s being interviewed by the Denver Post for a series of “Why Are You Here?” videos. (They said they should be up sometime tomorrow.) They wanted her to be natural. This meant she wandered around the street, talking about … well, you’ll just have to watch it. Not sure I can describe it. They asked me to do it as well. Thanks to my training on The Gordon Keith Show, I was polished and smooth. As far as you know.
