Experience a vibrant world of art this April with the Dallas Galleries For Advocacy (DGFA) Art Day & After Party! Taking place on April 6, 2024, from noon to 6:00 pm, this event promises to infuse your Texas spring with creativity and inspiration. Plus, April is Arts Month, so there’s no better time to celebrate the beauty of artistic expression.

Free and open to the public, DGFA Art Day invites attendees to explore the latest art collections at various DGFA Member Galleries. Meet talented artists, mingle with gallery owners, and engage in stimulating conversations with Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC) leaders and fellow art enthusiasts. Don’t forget to grab a copy of the second annual Dallas Art Gallery Guide, showcasing the best of the Dallas fine art scene.

DGFA’s mission is to foster a thriving arts community in Dallas while supporting local charities. As a nonprofit inclusive arts organization, they collaborate with Dallas art galleries and the community to promote artistic growth and cultural diversity. Through initiatives like the Dallas Art Gallery Guide, they aim to elevate Dallas’s status as a hub for fine art and creativity.

After immersing yourself in the world of art during DGFA Art Day, continue the festivities at the After Party! Located at DHV Artworks, the After Party promises an evening of entertainment and relaxation. Savor delicious small bites and craft cocktails provided by Las Palmas while grooving to the beats of Ramez Shamieh. Valet service will be available for your convenience, ensuring a stress-free arrival.

DGFA is proud to partner with the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, an organization dedicated to supporting victims of severe child abuse in Dallas County. DCAC provides essential services such as forensic interviews, mental health support, and family assistance to over 13,000 children and family members each year—at no cost to families. By partnering with DCAC, Dallas Galleries For Advocacy reaffirms its commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Join them for the DGFA Art Day & After Party for an unforgettable celebration of art, community, and philanthropy. This is a great opportunity to support local artists, explore new perspectives, and make a difference in the lives of those in need.

Please note that while the Art Day is free, the After Party is a ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased online at dallasgfa.org. Secure your spot now for an unforgettable celebration of art and community!
