Rosa Regale
Rosa Jolly Julep
1 oz vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
1/2 oz mint simple syrup
Shake over ice, strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and top with 2 oz of Rosa Regale Sparkling White. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint!

2 oz Cincoro Reposado Tequila
1 shot espresso, freshly pulled and slightly cooled
3/4 oz coffee liqueur
Dash of agave
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Double strain into chilled cocktail coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

2 oz Blue Moon Belgian White Belgian-Style Wheat Ale
1 oz brandy
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/4 oz simple syrup
Garnish with lemon peel
Combine brandy, fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur and simple syrup in shaker tin, add ice. Shake approximately 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass, and top with Blue Moon Belgian White and garnish.
