Dr. Noel J. Rigley, PH.D. and his leadership team represent eight Dallas area Primrose Schools and pride themselves on understanding the childcare needs of working parents. “Who children become is as important as what they know” is evident at each of his Primrose locations.
Dr. Rigley and his daughters Maya and Meira come from three generations of early childhood educators. “As a family of educators, we are the proud owners of Primrose Schools of Klyde Warren Park, Park Cities, Prestonwood, Preston Meadow, Deerfield, Frisco West, Temple, and Waco,” Dr. Rigley says. “Parents shouldn’t feel guilty about wanting to focus on their careers and have a family. A healthy balance is good for parents and their children. Parents deserve peace of mind in knowing their child is in the right place. Being able to live and work in the same area is important for today’s busy families.” They are passionate about helping alleviate the stress of working parents who struggle with the balance between work and raising a family. Dr. Rigley understands this stress because he and his wife were working parents, too.
Together, the team upholds a vision and mission to serve children and families with premier early childhood education. Says Dr. Rigley, “Our highest priority is the health, safety, and growth of our staff and students, as well as providing superior customer service to all our families.” Dr. Rigley’s Primrose Schools are committed to making a difference in the communities they serve and are actively involved in supporting several local foundations and charities. The schools are certified Primrose training schools, and they are the proud recipients of several regional and national awards. They recently received the Jo Kirchner Award, which is the highest award a school can achieve.
