Jim Brice serves as partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial, overseeing the firm's industrial leasing and marketing program for the state of Texas. He's responsible for day-to-day operations of the division, as well as focusing on business growth, project leasing, and development. Prior to joining Holt in 1994, Brice was an accounting manager for Trammell Crow Co. He began his career as an auditor for a public accounting firm and received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
