2 oz Cincoro Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz of lime juice
1/2 oz of agave
3/4 oz of passionfruit
1/2 oz of Cointreau
2 dashes of Chili Bitters
Garnished with fresh jalapeños

1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
1/2 oz lemon juice

Club soda, to top
Combine whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, and matcha powder in a shaker. Fill with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Casa Del Sol Blanco Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
In shaker muddle 1/4 jalapeño.
Add all ingredients into the shaker with ice and shake well. Rim your cocktail glass with crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. Strain over ice and garnish with lime and jalapeño.
