In its July 2024 issue, D Magazine will again honor the top residential real estate agents in North Texas, based on their 2023 sales volume. This is an accompaniment to our customer service-based “D Best” program. To nominate for the Best program, click here.
Real Estate Agents are NOT eligible to submit themselves. All submissions must be submitted by a brokerage executive, such as a marketing manager, office manager, CFO, or CEO. The form will close on February 9, 2024 at 11:59pm.
To ensure that your firm’s agents are considered for inclusion on this prestigious list, please download, complete and submit the excel sheet below by Friday, February 9, 2024. You can submit your sheet by uploading it to the page below. Please do not send the form directly to Sarah Masquelier Risi, as there are new and required verification questions that must be answered below in order to complete your submission.
AS OF 2023: In order to best honor the top producers the city has to offer, and to provide our readers with the most beneficial list, D Magazine will only be printing the names of the qualifying teams instead of each individual within that team. This does not affect Individual Top Producers. Please contact Sarah Masquelier Risi for any clarifications or questions.
PLEASE NOTE: The intent is to honor the area’s true “top producers.” For teams, it is up to you to decide which producer’s names to include or omit. However, we will be unable to accommodate additions to the list following the February 10 submission deadline. If you submit an agent who is a member of a team of 2 or more, please submit all names in that team. This includes teams of 3 to 5 and 6 to 10+. Please, do not assume we know who all is included in each team.

Qualification requirements for the Top Residential Real Estate Producers 2024 list are below. You may submit as many agents, teams, and groups that qualify:
Individual Top Producers:
Individuals: 2023 sales volume of $10 million or more
Platinum Individuals: 2023 sales volume of $25 million or more
Teams of two agents: 2023 sales volume of $15 million or more
Platinum Teams of two agents: 2023 sales volume of $30 million or more
Top Producing Teams:
Remember, only the team name will be printed in the physical copy of the magazine.
Teams of 3-5 agents: 2023 sales volume of $25 million or more
Platinum Teams of 3-5 agents: 2023 sales volume of $45 million or more
Teams of 6-10 agents: 2023 sales volume of $35 million or more
Platinum Teams of 6-10 agents: 2023 sales volume of $60 million or more
Teams with more than 10 agents: 2023 sales volume of $40 million or more
Platinum Teams with more than 10 agents: 2023 sales volume of $75 million or more
