With the ongoing construction of the Woodall Rogers Park, I continue to have conversations with my architectural peers about a potential missed opportunity to influence the public’s perception and raise awareness of alternative energy resources such as wind power and solar power. I have read enough to understand that certain areas of the park boast LED lighting, but what about powering the lighting with the sun or the wind?
