Tanya Little is the founder and CEO of Hart Advisors Group LLC, a real estate advisory company that provides equity portfolio management, loan restructures, loan assumptions and due diligence for commercial real estate loans and assets. During the past six years, Little has completed commercial loan restructures for CMBS and balance sheet loans totaling more than $4.5 billion. Little also oversees a team that manages more than $50 million in commercial assets for owners. Prior to launching Hart Advisors Group in 2009, Little served as chief operating officer of RBC Capital Markets' real estate mortgage capital business and was the managing director of marketing for the North America Lending division of GE Real Estate.
