Hydrate IV Bar’s Grand Opening in Mockingbird Station

On June 18, Colorado-based Hydrate IV Bar opened its first Dallas drip IV therapy location in Mockingbird Station. The spa touts an “IV cocktail-style menu” of vitamin-infused IVs and NAD+ IV infusions and injections. Visitors can pick from various offerings, like the Health & Wellness IV Cocktail (b-complex, vitamin c, magnesium). Prices start at $79; guests can add on a vitamin injection—or they can come in just for that. All services are administered by a registered nurse and the spa offers free valet parking. Hydrate is throwing a grand opening party 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, with free B12 injections and other discounts.

Wildlike Is Hosting a Birthday Party

Alysa Teichman is celebrating the one-year anniversary of Wildlike, her luxury piercing and jewelry shop, this weekend. On Saturday, head to her Oak Lawn store for a birthday bash from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be ice cream, boozie slushies, free piercings, and music from DJ EndoLena. In honor of the celebration, Wildlike is partnering with Dallas-based nonprofit The Birthday Party, which hosts monthly birthday parties for children in homeless and transitional living facilities. Proceeds from Saturday’s event will go to the organization and the Wildlife team will host a July birthday party later this month—customers on Saturday are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate.

Get a morning reset and refresh Saturday at the Prestonwood Place Glow Sauna Studios off Belt Line. The studio is teaming up with Addison’s Samatone Yoga to host the ultimate summer sweat session. Take a 45-minute yoga class outside the studio then relax in a 45-minute infrared sauna session. Or flip flop it and get warmed up in the sauna then head out for your yoga class. There are four event slots to pick from, depending on whether you want to start with yoga or the sauna, with starting times from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tickets for the event are $15.

Buy from a Black Woman at the Stonebriar Centre H&M

Since 2016, Buy from a Black Woman has provided educational programs, funding, and other resources to Black women entrepreneurs throughout the U.S. This summer, the nonprofit has partnered with H&M to highlight these women in stores across the country. On Sunday, head to the Stonebriar Centre H&M location in Frisco for the Dallas leg of the tour. From noon to 6 p.m., the event will showcase local makers as well as businesses from all over the U.S., like Houston’s LAMIK Beauty and Copper and Brass Paper Goods in Georgia. Don’t miss it: the Buy from a Black Woman event is only in Frisco for one day before the tour packs up and heads to Atlanta on Monday.
