Dallas Retail Roundup: The Openings, Events, and Sales You Need to Know

Caitlin Wilson launches a line of sleepwear, BYREDO pops up at NorthPark, Beatnik hosts a fall flea market in Bishop Arts, and more.

A BYREDO Pop-Up Shop Opens at NorthPark Center

Luxury lifestyle brand BYREDO has a retail presence in most major fashion markets like Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. Now, it’s added Dallas to that roster. On October 13, the brand opened a pop-up shop in NorthPark Center, located near the concierge on level one. All BYREDO locations have a signature aesthetic; the Dallas outpost is defined by aluminum accents, creating a futuristic, chrome-like canvas for the brand’s home and beauty offerings. Though BYREDO is best known for its long-lasting and distinctive fragrances, the pop-up will also stock leather goods, home accessories, eyewear, and the brand’s new makeup line. Browse BYREDO’s just-launched color sticks, lipsticks, mascaras, and more at the NorthPark location or at byredo.com.

Caitlin Wilson Launches a Pajama Line Featuring Her Signature Prints

Six months after Caitlin Wilson launched her children’s line, Cait Kids, the designer has announced her first family-focused collaboration. Her signature prints, from feminine florals to sweet sailboats, are now available as super-soft pajama sets by KIP. Sleepwear. “[KIP. Sleepwear] pajamas are great–high quality, comfortable, and cozy,” says Wilson. “My friends and family all know that I only wear matching sleep sets to bed, so this was a no-brainer collab for me.” Women’s sizes run from small to extra-large and retail for $199, while kids’ sizes start at 18 months and range from $89 to 99. The Iman Project Celebrates Women’s Small Business Month with an Outdoor Marketplace

This socially-distanced shopping event will feature women-owned businesses and artisans. Expect to find Dusk + Drapes home décor, Kenzi Creative illustrations and art prints, Lio Jimenez handmade jewelry, and more. There will be live music, photo booths, and a tiny farmers market. Stop by at from 12 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 25. Learn more here.

Beatnik Hosts a Fall Flea Market in the Bishop Arts District

On Saturday, October 24, head to the Bishop Arts District to shop Beatnik Fine Goods‘ fall-themed outdoor flea market. Shoppers can peruse goods from vintage vendors and local makers in the shop’s parking lot on West 7th Street. Mod + Jo, a Dallas-based jewelry brand, will make an appearance, as will retro clothing vendors like Vintage Honeys and 1120 Vintage. Booths will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and as Beatnik says, “Be cute. Wear a mask.” Read more about the event here.
