The Boho Market Arrives in Klyde Warren Park

This Saturday, The Boho Market will pop up in Klyde Warren Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The recurring makers’ marketplace, which you’ll find most often at the Dallas Farmers Market, is brimming with vintage, handcrafted, and artisan goods from local small businesses. (And, of course, craft beer and food vendors.) This week, you can shop an eclectic mix of offerings: cheeky t-shirts by Famous for Nothing, earrings from Junebug’s Jewelry Box, wooden cheese boards from Ranch Hand Originals, and more. Booths will be spaced 10 feet apart, and sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Don’t forget your mask!

Parachute Finds a New Home in NorthPark Center

A few months ago, Parachute quietly closed its Travis Street doors, packing up its luxury linens, bath products, and homewares. Now, the modern lifestyle brand is settling into a larger storefront in NorthPark Center. As one of the largest Parachute locations, the Dallas outpost will carry the entire Parachute product assortment in the brand’s signature tranquil environment. The walls are adorned by local artist Amy Opsal and the store’s layout mirrors an actual home, including a cozy central lounge space outfitted with the brand’s daybeds and throw pillows. The store, which is expected to open this Saturday, is tucked between Neiman Marcus and Dillard’s.

Shop The Final Days of Thrift Studio

Dwell With Dignity’s annual fundraiser will come to an end on Saturday; until then, the home furnishings pop-up shop is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Remaining inventory is now an additional 50 to 75 percent off, from dining sets to designer sheets. Stop by 150 Turtle Creek Blvd., Suite 207, to shop, and visit thriftstudio.com for more information.

Get Your Tie-Dye Fix with DIY Classes at Ida Claire

Tie-dye is all the rage right now–partly because the DIY method was a relatively easy way to get crafty during quarantine. However, if you tried your hand at tie-dye and ended up with a muddy-colored mess, you’re not alone. Redeem yourself at Ida Claire‘s Tie-Dye Tuesdays, launching October 6. Visit the restaurant on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for an expert-led, hands-on class on the patio. For $40, participants can dye either a shirt or a mask, then indulge in a free Vinyl Hour cocktail and appetizer. To book a spot, call Ida Claire at 214-377-8227.
