Earlier this year, Her.HQ, one of Dallas’ first female-focused coworking concepts, launched a six-month pop-up within a small corner of Centrl Office in the Dallas Arts District. It was a small splash of millennial pink and white marble café tables in a sea of navy blue (the Portland-based coworking concept’s signature color), but Her.HQ quickly made a big impact.

After the soft launch, Her.HQ co-founders Cassi Oesterling and Tiffany Zamora went about building a community of influential Dallas women, and an event calendar that mixed wellness and self-care with creative exploration and career advice. There were clean beauty workshops with Follain, “New Moon Mornings” with Sol Society’s Taylor Madison, plant workshops with Oasis, a salary negotiation class, and happy hours where you got your headshot taken. In April, By Way of Dallas and Neighborhood Goods teamed up for a collaboration called “Neighbors,” which highlighted local community-makers. Oesterling and Zamora were featured in the exclusive group.

When I spoke to the duo back in January, they were still on the hunt for a permanent home, though they had a clear vision for what the aesthetic would be: “feminine, but not overly girly.” This week, Her.HQ opens its flagship location in Oak Cliff at 633 W. Davis Street (previously occupied by Common Desk, which has invested in the new concept) and will finally be able to realize their vision on a full-fledged scale.

The 6,000-square-foot space, which the co-founders worked on with designer Madison Dahl, is filled with greenery and natural light, soft pinks and yellow accents, furnishings from buzzy direct-to-consumer retailer The Inside, and bathrooms stocked with clean beauty products. Along with the new space, Her.HQ recently debuted a new community membership option (“Good Company”) that offers access to exclusive events and programming.

Head to our slideshow for a peek inside the West Davis Street space.
