Learn to ‘Use Your Voice’ at The Riveter Tonight
The event features an all-star female panel.
From classes on sustainability and Wellness Wednesdays to body positivity panels, The Riveter, a female-centric coworking space in Oak Lawn, has consistently hosted a stellar lineup of events since opening in April, but tonight’s panel feels particularly special.
In partnership with Mom 2.0 and Romper.com (an offshoot of Bustle that focuses on millennial moms), The Riveter is hosting “Get Ready to Speak Up: How to Use Your Voice” on Tuesday, September 23. The event will feature a conversation between The Riveter founder Amy Nelson, New York Times best-selling author Jen Hatmaker, and therapist Kristen Howerton, along with a panel that includes Meredith Walker (co-founder of Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls) and the co-founders of Kanarys, a Dallas-based social platform encouraging companies to cultivate more inclusive work cultures.
