It’s no small feat to workout when you can work up a sweat just walking from your car to your front door. These five Dallas shops, studios, and pop-ups are bringing the incetives for a little extra motivation.

PowderHeart’s Après All Day” Weekend

This brand new fitness concept (currently popping up in Lakewood through August 31) was conceptualized in Aspen to bring the burn of a ski run to those at sea level. Stop by their “Après All Day” event at Hotel ZaZa this weekend for a full-body workout, a swag bag, and ZaZa pool access.

Session Pilates’ No Shower Happy Hour

A choice typically has to be made when it comes to relegating after-work hours: a workout or drinks with friends. This Friday, Session Pilates is letting you have it all with their “No Shower Happy Hour” this Friday. Start the Lakewood studio and end at Hillside Tavern.

Rooftop Hip Hop at Vital Fitness Studio

The Joule’s underground gym is taking things outside for a Friday night dance class, taught by Tisch School of the Arts graduate and choreographer Chad Vaught. Enjoy the views from The Joule’s rooftop, along with a pre-game shot (they’re juice, but a shot is a shot) to get you going.

Outdoor Voices’ Endorphin Hour

While we patiently wait for Shadowbox to open in Dallas, Outdoor Voice and Title Boxing are teaming up for an endorphin-filled workout in NorthPark Center.
