The CEH is Bringing Their Dreamy Instagram to Life This Summer

Five years ago, full-time teachers Justin and Diana Evans began selling refurbished vintage pieces on the Park Cities Garage Sale Facebook group. They were initially just offloading items that no longer worked in their young daughter’s room, but people quickly took to their discarded discoveries. Six months later, the husband and wife duo took a chance and launched the Collected Eclectic Home, a digital shop for their restored vintage finds and bespoke furniture that most clients (which include artist Gray Malin and First Lady Laura Bush) discovered via its well-curated Instagram account (@theCEH).

This summer, they’re finally taking things offline, opening their first brick-and-mortar showroom by their workshop on Plano Road and Forest Lane. “We probably got five emails a day from people wanting to see the pieces in person,” says Diana. The space will showcase a stylized mix of everything, from polished up, high-end antiques to newly built pieces from their own CEH label line. “It’s going to have a mix of everything, but we’ve got shelves all the way up to those ceilings filled with vintage,” says Diana. “We’ve got more vintage than we know what to do with at the moment.”

And after years of seeing their pieces styled by designers across the country, the new showroom will offer the Evans a chance to show off their own vision. “It’s fun to be able to show shoppers what our brand is, and have a whole room styled by us,” says Diana.
