Midweek Chill @ Her HQ | March 13

Spend your Wednesday evening with a chill sesh courtesy of Dallas Healing House. From 6:30 to 8:30, yoga instructor Anna Zapata will guide you through a restorative meditation in Her HQ’s chic, pink-hued setup, followed by a wellness workshop led by counselor Rachel Tweed. Small bites, wine, and kombucha will be served — all you need is a mat!

Tata Harper Masterclass @ Follain | March 16

Rooftop Hip Hop Class @ Vital Fitness Studio | March 21

If you’ve visited the terrace of The Joule and thought to yourself, This would be a great spot for a hip hop dance class, then you’re wildly clairvoyant. The hotel’s Vital Fitness Studio, with the help of Chad Vaught of Bruce Wood Dance Company, will, in fact, be hosting a hip hop class next Thursday evening in that very spot, followed by some hard-earned cocktails.

Spirit of Salt Workshop @ Commerce | March 28

This intimate event at the Adolphus Hotel’s gorgeous shop will be taught by artist Heather Clark Lynn. 10 attendees will be given a natural canvas clutch, which Lynn will help transform into a wearable work of art.
