Maybe now you can finally score a spot in a Saturday morning class.

There’s a lot to love about Session Pilate’s Knox District studio. The upbeat instructors, the pop track-filled playlists, and the community vibe all rank high on our lists, which includes an excellent, music-driven toning workout, of course. The only complaint we’ve ever really had is that the classes fill up too fast. If you want to fit in a little Pilates at 5:30 after work, you have to think ahead. If you forgot to book your Saturday morning Session class on Monday, best of luck!

Thankfully, founder Brittany Grignon is finally opening a second studio for her popular, non-traditional Pilates workout at 6465 E. Mockingbird, Ste. 320, right by Abrams Road. “We sincerely appreciate all of the support we’ve received from the Dallas community,” said Grignon in a press release. “And we’re thrilled to be opening our second location to give even more people the opportunity to join us in checking out of our day and into our body.”

The studio is scheduled to open early this summer — start planning your Pilates workouts accordingly.
