Goat Yoga

Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. This unconventional yoga class partners your favorite furry friends with your favorite workout. Prepare to be surrounded by the 15-20 of the cutest baby pygmy goats while striking some yoga poses for a great sweat session (and an even better photo op.)

Mermaid School

Look at this class. Isn’t it neat? Dallas kids (and adults!) can make their mermaid dream complete at Adventure Scuba and Snorkeling Center’s honorary mermaid introductory class. Arrive to the pool 10-15 minutes early to get your tail, and don’t forget a swimsuit, towel, and goggles. Get your core burning and reveal your inner mermaid with this majestic workout experience.
