Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford of Lewisville is among the 5% of dealerships that are managed by a female.  Pack Auto Group warmly welcomed Andrea Ballard in April as the first female General Manager in the company’s 44 year history.  She will bring a softer side to the buying experience, where the process is tailored to respect and honor the customer and to conduct business according to their preferences.  Andrea has been with the organization for four years in the capacity of financial Controller for three of the six DFW dealerships, including the Lewisville location.  Andrea has been in the industry since she was 15 and is surrounded by many family members that also call the retail automotive business their home.  She brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her new role, all of which complement the mission and vision of the Pack Auto Group.  Her dedication, expertise, and passion for the business makes her the perfect fit to lead the team into the future.
