The 3 tiers of services provided are perfect for #weddings, banquets, large corporate events, and more. Our drop-off service is great for room temp items such as continental breakfast or box lunches. Our limited service is perfect for casual dinner buffets with a limited staff. With our full service, we love to create entire events where we pull together our many years of experience to create custom menus & bars, with exceptional service, specialty rentals, decor, and more.
Our Fun-loving Executive Chef Paul hales from Kerrville, Texas. He started his culinary career working with his father & grandfather on their family ranch. He moved to Dallas in the ’90s to start his culinary journey working all over the metroplex with Ft. Worth Hilton, Westin Park Central, Marriott Las Colinas, and The Stonebriar Hotel & Country Club.
2021 was a great year for DCC and Chef Paul from competing in the World Food Championship held at Fairpark, placing 4th overall with his Bacon Wrapped Quail with Chocolate Mole! To serve a 700 person buffet at the Capital for Kids Charity event, DCC can do it all. We are so excited about our incredibly talented master butcher and executive chef at The Dallas Culinary Company.
