Enjoy a gorgeous half-acre lot in University Park’s Volk Estates by becoming the new owners of this custom creation at 4045 Glenwick Lane. This 2014 construction is a rare one-story home designed by SHM Architects. David Stocker painstakingly proportioned this modern masterpiece with timeless finishes and builder Ed Jarrett drove things home in terms of its execution.  It truly is a work of art, and the front yard only begins to foreshadow the fabulous interiors awaiting buyers behind the front doors.

This Santa Barbara-styled home instantly puts you at ease the moment you arrive. And while various elements of the home help support this, we think it’s the 12-foot ceilings, the exposed wood beams, and the floor-to-ceiling window combo that helps to seal the deal.

The kitchen is a place that we guarantee the future residents of this home will spend a lot of time. From the Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer to the wine fridge to the Viking stove, this spot is stacked. Pair that with rare granite and marble throughout, heated floors, and not one, but two pantries – you are officially going to find it hard to leave this exact spot.

The primary suite features more floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing a view of the property’s lush landscaping in addition to a big bath that makes sharing a breeze. The covered outdoor area defines ‘maximizing the space’ and gives additional square footage for entertaining and enjoying outdoor time despite the heat.

Love the house but have dreams for something even more custom? The original architect has plans ready to hand over that include an easy addition of a second story. Problem solved.
