For almost 10 years at Slalom, Cindy has been one of the most impactful leaders in Dallas for our people and our business. John Hill, General Manager of Slalom DFW shared, “Cindy exemplifies the qualities you find in great leaders while exuding both confidence and humility always. I’ve yet to find a challenge too large or complex for her to handle.  She leads with her heart, with courage, and with a selfless determination to enable others to be their best version of themselves.”

Cindy oversees the Client Account Management team and ensures we are purposefully maturing our client and community relationships. Her commitment to our clients is unparalleled, and she has the rare ability to both be a strategic thinker and drive personal, long-lasting connections. Additionally, she is the Executive Sponsor of our Employee Resource Group, CODE (Celebrating our Diverse Employees), which supports Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in the workspace. CODE’s mission is to strengthen our relationships with our colleagues, clients, and communities through celebrating and leveraging all aspects of diversity, for the success and development of our people, our communities, and our organization.

As a new Managing Director promoted at the peak of the pandemic, she is laser-focused on doing what’s right and has a genuine passion for growing our people. Cindy’s dedication to servant leadership in the workplace is focused on authenticity, empathy, and vulnerability to develop trust and enable high-performing teams. She challenges her peers to address issues quickly and to have honest conversations with the intention that we are all on a journey to grow together with purpose.

Cindy grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Kansas, School of Journalism. She moved to Dallas in 2003 where she met and married her husband, Toan, an entrepreneur and small business owner. They have a 3-year-old son and a new baby boy due this Spring.

As first-generation Asian Americans, Cindy and her husband are committed to giving back as active mentors in the community. They often work 1:1 with young adults to provide coaching on developing their careers, networking to secure jobs, and navigating the corporate/entrepreneurial worlds.
