Chris is Vice President, Legal Affairs at T-Mobile USA, Inc. where he serves as chief counsel for sales and distribution and oversees legal representation for this public company for national retail, B2B sales, B2C sales, and consumer retail markets, including company-operated stores and third party authorized stores.  Chris earned his accounting and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Chris was elected to serve three terms on the Dallas City Council and served as the city’s first Hispanic deputy mayor pro tem.  He currently serves on the board of The Dallas Foundation and The Dallas Theater Center. He previously served on the board of the Parkland Health and Hospital System. He is a past chairman or past president of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Garland Housing Finance Corporation, Shared Housing Center, and Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation.  He is also a past president of The Dallas Assembly, one of the region’s oldest and most respected civic organizations.
