The team at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is excited to announce the reopening of the Resort and Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club as of June 1, 2020, just in time for summer staycations.

“As a hotelier, my life’s work and passion has always been to serve others and make them feel at home. We’re eager to continue providing the exceptional service and memorable experiences we’re known for and look forward to the opportunity and honor to do so again. We’re ready when you are,” says Dirk Burghartz, Regional Vice President and General Manager.

Secluded Accommodations

Experience ultimate relaxation with peace of mind in a spacious Villa located on the 18th green of TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas. A guest favorite, these premium accommodations feature personal walkout patios or balconies that provide a sense of privacy while still feeling open and airy. Tucked away from the main Resort tower, guests can soak in the views along with some vitamin D by taking a short walk to the restaurants, pools, and Well & Being Spa, or come along for the ride on a mini-shuttle for quick transportation.

Dining

Executive Chef Christof Syré is thrilled to be doing what he loves again – creating indelible experiences through his culinary expertise. Chef Christof and Director of Golf Course and Landscape Operations Anthony Williams have collaborated to introduce a seasonal menu featuring LAW favorites alongside new dishes using produce grown in the organic herb, vegetable and fruit garden that Anthony and his team have cultivated over the past year. The signature restaurant LAW is open for service daily (6:00 am – 11:00 pm), and serving complimentary s’mores around the fire pit every Friday evening (8:00–10:00 pm). Enjoy al fresco dining at Agave Pool and Bar or In-Room Dining from the comfort of one’s bed 24 hours a day with contactless delivery.

Poolside R&R

Sip back and relax with a cocktail in hand at Agave Pool and Bar. Spend the day lounging in a poolside cabana or daybed for the perfect balance of fun in the sun and privacy. Sway to live music by local artists at the Resort’s outdoor summer concert series on the patio every Friday and Saturday (5:00–8:00 pm).

Spa Retreat

The Well & Being Spa reopened its doors on June 4, 2020 (with limited capacity and safety precautions in place), offering guests and patrons a retreat from the heat. Indulge in self-care with a 60-minute custom Swedish massage or a seasonal mani/pedi in the Salon. Appointments available Thursday through Sunday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Family Fun

Make this summer one to remember. Begin the weekend with s’mores around the LAW fire pit before heading down to the golf course in your personal golf cart to catch the Drive-In Movie every Friday evening. Saturdays are filled with fun for the whole family beginning with sunrise yoga followed by boat races in the pond on the iconic 18th hole of TPC Four Seasons, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, and a SnoCone Happy Hour (make it boozy for mom and dad). With endless activities for kids of all ages, lasting memories are sure to be made.

Outdoor Playground

A certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and Environmental Leader in Golf Award winner, the 18-hole, par-70 championship TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas golf course offers every golfer the opportunity to have amazing encounters with nature and wildlife all while enjoying the game. Get the heart pumping with a friendly tennis match on one of twelve indoor/outdoor courts, get lost in nature on the walking trail, or join a group exercise class in the expansive fitness facility (170,000 square feet or 15,800 square meters) at the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club. There’s something for everyone regardless of age or activity level.

Contactless Service through the Four Seasons App

A key part of this service experience will continue to be the Four Seasons App and Chat. As one of the only industry platforms powered by employees on property, not chatbots, this award-winning service will further allow guests to control how they engage with employees. While face-to-face interactions may be more limited, Four Seasons will remain as connected as ever. With the App and Chat, guests will have direct access to property teams in 100+ different languages. From the comfort of their own device, the App provides a contactless experience that does not compromise Four Seasons genuine care and signature service.

Lead With Care

As we collectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas continues to ensure that guest, member and employee health and safety remains its top priority. The singular goal is to instill the same level of trust and confidence from guests as ever before.  As a result, Four Seasons has embarked on an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care, providing ongoing, real-time guidance on the evolving COVID-19 situation. Combining public health expertise with access to leading technologies and tools, Lead With Care establishes clear procedures that educate and empower employees to take care of guests and each other. Four Seasons is leveraging world-class medical expertise to focus on enhancing cleanliness, guest comfort and safety and employee training. While the Four Seasons experience may look different in this new environment, it will feel the same.
