Looking to live a life of leisure in the Dallas burbs? Have you considered Fairview’s Tranquility Farms just 30-something miles Northeast of downtown Dallas? The lots are large, the homes are custom-built, and the scenery is picturesque. For example, this gorgeous 2016 construction at 719 Bending Oak Trail. It’s nestled on 1.137 acres of lush landscape and just waiting for a fun new family to call it home.

We aren’t going to bore you with details of ANY suburban mansion, but instead, we are going to hit the high notes that set this one apart. For starters, the cathedral ceilings in the main living space are super dreamy. Our second favorite aspect of the home must be the master bathroom with his and her everything that truly resembles a penthouse suite in a swanky hotel. Last but certainly not least, we love how the game and movie area is downstairs as it isn’t always ideal to have your adult guests running up and down the stairs to enjoy your amenities. Especially if they aren’t spending the night.

And as if the inside of the home hasn’t convinced most of us to pack our bags and move to Fairview, the outside is even more exceptional. Take a dip in the perfectly chilled infinity pool or relax in the spa. The kiddos will love roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and you will enjoy lounging in the covered outdoor living space while the chef of the family fires something up in the outdoor kitchen. This backyard has everything you could ever want in an outdoor setup.

The icing on the cake is the fact that this impeccable property is served by the exemplary Lovejoy ISD School District. Because, you know, one of these days your kids are actually going to be going back to school.
