My name is Matthew Osborne. I am the owner of 19 Production House, a video production company that focuses on providing services to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to mid-size businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our focus on this segment of the business community is deeply personal for me. I have always been a self-starter and have had to figure out on my own how to accomplish my goals, although I have been blessed to have emotional support from my family. My journey to 19 Production House began in Columbus, Ohio, when I was 19 years old. At that time, I decided to write a short self-help book in the days before the internet was a thing. I had never written or published a book, but I researched the process, including finding printing companies, and was able to self-publish my book. After that, I produced music for a few artists in Columbus. I needed to promote them, but I could not afford to hire a videographer or photographer. So I learned how to do it myself.

Learning these skills fit naturally with my love video production and filmmaking. I am continually inspired by the power that video and film have to shape our culture. For me, films like Star Wars, Boyz in the Hood, and Christopher Nolan’s Batman films and TV shows like The West Wing and The Wire, and more recently, Watchmen seem to have influenced American culture.

My mission is to make high-quality video production services available to people and businesses that may not be able to pursue the traditional avenues providing those services so that they are not left out of our cultural conversation.

This ability of film and video to inform the world around us is why, even outside of my business, I can often be found with a camera in my hand. Just the other day my wife and I were watching old videos from when we moved from Columbus to Dallas. That time in our life was exciting and a little scary. We had never lived in a city as big as Dallas, and my wife had never lived so far away from her family. Video allowed to me capture those exhilarating moments and let me see the joy and excitement play across my wife’s face as she revisited those moments from nearly a decade ago. The experience was priceless.

I capture these priceless moments for my clients, whether it is the excitement of a promotional event or conference, the values and culture of my client’s business through an About Me video, or the atmosphere of running the business day-to-day through a highlight reel.

I know what it feels like to want to showcase and promote your business through video and photographs but not have the resources to do that. My mission is to make high-quality video production services available to people and businesses that may not be able to pursue the traditional avenues providing those services so that they are not left out of our cultural conversation. Unlike most production companies, our price point begins at just above $550.00.
