BEYOND has had the pleasure of working with Rae Lawson Events on the Lavender Hill Gala for the past 4 years. The Lavender Hill Gala benefits the Marcus Graham Project, an organization committed to training and mentoring a diverse group of talented young men and women in the field of marketing and media. They do this with a fully immersive summer boot camp, creating a mock marketing agency that will then pitch a real ad campaign to sponsors such as Google, Apple, Facebook, and Fossil.

At BEYOND we love establishing and building professional relationships with our vendors and being part of their events over and over again. Everything with Rae Lawson Events clicked right away and we’ve had the pleasure of helping make the Lavender Hill Gala a success ever since.

This year’s event had a futuristic theme based on the aesthetics at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. BEYOND was able to incorporate our smart tech tube lights as the backdrop of the stage, drawing attention to the wall of windows showcasing the Dallas city lights. We created a unique pattern for projection on the ceiling with our moving head lights that fit the futuristic theme perfectly. Other aspects included large viewing screens for maximum guest inclusion, voice announcements made to sound robotic and audio for the entire event. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event.
