Ladies Who Lunch, Lunch at Southlake’s Redrock Canyon Grill

Keep up your New Year’s resolution with fresh and healthy lunch options.

Having lunch at your desk is so 2019. If you’re looking for a new place to meet the girls for lunch where you can enjoy your meal and keep your New Year’s resolution to eat healthy, Redrock Canyon Grill in Southlake is just the place.

First up? A cocktail, of course. This is one of many areas where Redrock Canyon Grill’s culinary creativity shines. Choose from the aptly named The Perfect Margarita–Jose Cuervo Tradicional, Patron Citronge, Grand Marnier, and house-made mix—or the Bee’s Knees, Hayman’s gin, honey, agave, and fresh lemon juice. There’s also the French 76, made with Ketel One vodka, Ruffino prosecco, and fresh lemon juice as well as plenty of other craft cocktail offerings. Be sure to pair your meal with a glass of wine or prosecco from Redrock Canyon’s extensive wine list.

Redrock Canyon Grill is known for its sophisticated, yet comfortable interior complemented by a lively exhibition kitchen and friendly Texas hospitality. Catch up on the latest with friends while watching chefs prepare Southwest favorites, such as Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken and the signature “Texas” Stuffed Poblano appetizer. Fresh is key at Redrock Canyon Grill, as all dressings and sauces are made from scratch each day, vegetables are freshly chopped every morning, and each steak is carefully hand carved.

Lighter lunch favorites at Redrock Canyon Grill include the Nice Little House Salad—mixed greens, goat cheese, house-made cornbread croutons, and spiced pecans–and the Redrock Salad tossed with rotisserie chicken, corn, Campari tomatoes, dates, avocado, mixed nuts, and champagne vinaigrette. Pair them with a cup of house-made soup, and lunch is served.

Then there’s the Rotisserie Chicken Chop Salad piled high with black beans, tomatoes, corn, tortilla strips, cheese, avocado, and barbecue chipotle bleu cheese. The Kale & Rotisserie Chicken Salad is made with fresh herbs, mixed nuts, and honey-lime vinaigrette, and the North Coast Salmon Caesar Salad puts a twist on the traditional Caesar with sweet remoulade and fresh avocado. If you’re in a veggie mood, order the hand-selected vegetable platter which changes daily, and be sure to check out the appetizers—Fire Roasted Queso, Spinach Artichoke Dip, and Deviled Eggs. Give in to your carb craving (just this once) and try Redrock’s Iron Skillet Cornbread—the restaurant’s signature recipe. Redrock Canyon Grill also offers a wide range of gluten-free options, including BBQ Baby Back Ribs, USDA Center Cut Filet, and Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken, all served with delicious sides. Top it all off with a fresh slice of Key Lime Pie!

In addition to lunch, Redrock Canyon Grill is also open for dinner (a Southlake date night hot spot) and for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Conveniently located near Southlake Town Square in the Kimball Oaks Shopping Center, it’s a go-to spot for grabbing drinks with friends after work, business lunches, and family gatherings.
