Jasper’s Uptown: Knox-Henderson’s Standout New Restaurant

Jasper’s Uptown is a casual yet sophisticated, chef driven, ‘scratch’ kitchen restaurant that opened in August 2019 in the Knox Henderson neighborhood.  

Named one of USA Today’s round up of  10 New Dallas Area Restaurants to Check Out for Fall 2019 , Jasper’s captures the flavors of the American Southwest, Mediterranean, and Pacific Rim.

The menu rotates items seasonally to ensure guests are exposed to locally sourced meats, game, fish, vegetables and cheeses at optimal times.

Led by female Executive Chef, Yia Medina, formerly with Ritz Carlton Dallas and Ritz Carlton Puerto Rico, the menu offers some of Jasper’s award-winning favorites: Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs and Blue Cheese Potato Chips  and includes new creations such as Pan Roasted Gulf Redfish, Grilled Venison, Uptown Market Fresh Pasta, 14 oz Bone-In Ribeye, and Sushi.
