Nosh with NACE: a Throwdown Style Cooking Competition

Tailgate-themed cooking competition, Nosh with NACE, will be held at F.I.G. Guests will enjoy food, drinks, and local brews.

DFW NACE (National Association for Catering and Events) is kicking off the Fall with a tailgate themed cooking competition, Nosh with NACE, on September 4.  The event will be in the center of the city at F.I.G. featuring food stations and drinks from local vendors and brewers for guests to enjoy while watching our competitors sweat it out! Guests can sit in the driver’s seat donating to give teams sabotages or advantages before presenting to our esteemed judges. A panel of chefs and food enthusiasts including, restaurateur and chef Kent Rathbun, restaurateur and chef Jordan Swim, and entertainer and cooking enthusiast, Jordan Kahn will decide who will win the golden skillet!

This is truly a night where the entire Dallas event industry comes together for a cause.  It’s all about fun and community and this year, our Dallas community is absolutely invited. We’re raising money for an incredible group, The Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas. ACT sends care packages to America’s troops deployed in remote areas of the world.  Sending these brave individuals a taste of home, needed supplies, and messages of support have been this group’s mission for almost 15 years! Help us on our mission to help ACT send 1,000 care packages!

As part of our fundraising efforts, an incredible selection of silent auction items will be on display as well as exciting raffle opportunities. A night of great food, drinks and entertainment are in store. You don’t want to miss it! Click here to buy your tickets.
