If the lazy days of summer haven’t been lazy enough yet, it’s time to hit pause. And there’s no better way to do that than with a girls’ weekend. Take travel hassles and heavy planning out of it by booking your getaway just minutes from your front door at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. Four Seasons is encouraging girlfriends to get together and #FSTakeYourTime to slow down and enjoy life’s moments. You and your friends can make moments to remember with the resort’s signature experiences, perfectly designed for the getaway you’ve been hoping to take but couldn’t make happen—until now. Here’s our step-by-step weekend guide.

Kick off the weekend with happy hour at OUTLAW Taproom from 4 to 6 p.m. while waiting on your reservation at LAW for a Chef’s Table dinner experience. Join Chefs Christof and Paolo for a culinary adventure featuring their favorite dishes with a Texas twist. The dinner begins with a cocktail demonstration and tour of LAW’s kitchen and wine cellar. Chefs and sommeliers will guide your group through the customized courses which are prepared right before you. After dessert, enjoy live music on the Four Seasons’ Soundstage and map out the rest of your perfect weekend. Get your rest. There’s lots to do!

On Saturday, work off some of the prior evening’s indulgences with a group AntiGravity Aerial Yoga class with Meg Plotsky. This is a world-renowned aerial fitness program, and Meg, the resort’s group exercise coordinator, is certified in eight levels of AntiGravity Fitness. This highly acclaimed yoga practice, endorsed by celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow and Pink, involves a soft fabric hammock connected to the ceiling like a giant swing. You’ll travel through various poses while sitting, reclining, or even spinning upside down while suspended three feet from the ground.

Now it’s time to hit the pool. Reserve an open-air poolside cabana or round day bed which includes bottles of water, mini Evian mists, a fruit plate, sunscreen station, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi among other perks. Take breaks from your break with a cocktail from the Agave Pool & Bar or a spin on the resort’s Fender Blender—a stationary bike that lets you blend your own cocktail while you pedal. This is sipping for a cause, as one dollar from your purchase is donated to fight cancer through Cure Four All Seasons. Saturdays at Four Seasons also feature a pool-side mini-spa from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For just $25 to $40 per person, indulge in a Summer Shea Massage, Citrus Cooldown Scalp Massage, Grapefruit or Lime Oil invigorating scalp massage, or a blissful Peppy Feet foot massage with peppermint shea butter.

This is really just a tease for what you can indulge in for much longer at the resort’s famed Well and Being Spa, where you’ll find plenty of summer spa treatments to hydrate and relax, such as the Moisture Drench Facial or Moisture Bound Body Wrap. Top it off with the Royal Blowout and Deep Conditioning Treatment, and you’re all set for another fun evening.

Whether you choose to wind down with light bites and cocktails at OUTLAW Taproom or go for another chef-inspired dinner at LAW, you can’t go wrong. Be sure to save room for Sunday brunch. At Four Seasons, it’s much more than breakfast; it’s an event. For only $59 per person, you get two mimosas and anything you want from an omelet station, yogurt and cereal station, homemade fresh doughnut station, salads, fresh sushi, and an entire room dedicated to dessert! The most difficult choice you’ll make that morning? Bloody Mary or mimosa. The easiest? Planning when to return to Four Seasons for your next girls’ getaway.
