Fall has arrived in Dallas, and the full patios, busy happy hours, and plentiful traffic at all of our favorite bars and restaurants are the proof. Stir up one of these mood-setting fall cocktails and you can skip the bustle to host your own fall soiree—or just enjoy a casual, relaxed night in with your friends.

The Botanist uses 22 hand-foraged botanicals from the Isle of Islay in Scotland to concoct its slow-trickle distilled gin, giving it a clean, versatile taste that is perfectly paired with fresh local ingredients. Here are a few of our favorite recipes that are refreshing to sip all season.
