Urban Living is in Hot Demand

PSW Real Estate is offering homeowners the dream urban lifestyle.

Urban living is in hot demand, as Dallasites are clamoring to be a part of an interconnected live-work-play culture. PSW Real Estate is setting a new standard in Dallas, offering homeowners the dream urban lifestyle with intelligently designed, energy efficient homes in unique, tight-knit neighborhoods.

PSW is known for building in dynamic, urban areas and enhancing both up and coming and established neighborhoods. Home are built to the highest standard, with ideal footprints for ultimate livability, modern layouts, abundant natural light, and designer finishes. Energy efficient features such as spray foam encapsulation, EPA WaterSense faucets, and solar panels set PSW’s homes apart. Walkability is key, enabling homeowners to enjoy all that Dallas neighborhoods have to offer, sans commute.

PSW currently has six established communities in Dallas, with a seventh that will come to market this fall in the hot area of West Dallas. Each is distinct, working within the area’s personality while creating a neighborhood with a unique sense of culture. Communities in the M-Streets offer easy access to Mockingbird Station, the Katy Trail Extension, and Greenville Avenue. While Preston Hollow has historically seemed unobtainable due to price point, PSW offers a clean, modern community with an urban feel. Focusing on green living, PSW has captured a prime spot in East Dallas next to the Dallas Arboretum at Emerald Point. The most incredible perk of this community is immediate access to White Rock Lake, which is literally a step away from your front door.

PSW is known for hosting epic community gatherings that help turn neighbors into friends, and it’s not uncommon for homeowners to carry on this tradition and create an inclusive, unique neighborhood culture. Having great neighbors with similar interests and lifestyles is one of the major components and perks of living in a PSW community.

    “Walkability is key”?
