New Event Series, Uptown Night Markets, Debuts This Friday

The piazza at McKinney & Olive.

August 13 marks the start of Uptown Night Markets, a monthly events series held in the outdoor piazza at McKinney & Olive. Attendees can shop booths full of locally made artisan goods and enjoy food and drinks, live music, photo ops, and lawn games. Uptown Night Markets is a partnership between Crescent Property Services, J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives, and Lively Local Markets. It was created to celebrate the neighborhood’s lively spirit and walkability. The inaugural event runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is free to attend; while all ages are welcome, the event was planned with a 21-and-up crowd in mind. Complimentary parking is available at McKinney & Olive’s garages on Olive and Harwood. Learn more here.
