With so many Métiers d’Art out-of-towners checking out Highland Park Village, a tax-free customs office has been set up to provide VAT tax rebates for the international set.

BTW, if you were at Mi Cocina around noon-ish, you probably spotted Elisa and Stephen Summers and Nasiba Adilova hosting a “casual lunch” for some of the visiting guests.
