New Dallas label Nine Muses has released its fall 2013 collection. The brand, which launched in 2012, is named for the Greek goddess Mnemosyne and her nine children, known as the Nine Muses. (Mythology tidbit: Zeus was the baby daddy.) Designers Jerry Matthews and Francesca Viamonte’s latest collection consists of nine made-to-order, perfect-for-parties looks. Standouts include belted trench dresses in black and khaki with deep v-necks and leather sleeves and edgy cocktail gowns, which I hope to spot on the frames of Dallas society ladies this fall. A long-sleeved jacket and full-length ruby skirt combo gets the sexy treatment with a plunging necklace and long slit. Interested in a piece? Reach out here.
